Interest shall accrue on the principal balance of this Note outstanding from the date hereof through the Maturity Date (as hereinafter defined) at a floating per annum rate of interest (the “Loan Rate”) equal to the daily rate equivalent of one and fifty-one hundredths percent (1.50%) in excess of the LIBOR Market Index Rate (the “LIBOR Rate”) as published in the money rates section of the Wall Street Journal on the last day published on each month.
