Adequate remedy is a legal remedy that a court deems adequate under the given circumstances. It can either be granted by court or can be negotiated between parties. Adequate remedy differs according to the nature of the case. In case of private wrong it may be compensation and in case of public wrong, it may be granting of rights. (USLegal)
