Danish legislation has no explicit definition of a standard contract. Bernitz has defined standard contracts as contracts which, in whole or in part, are concluded according to previously drafted standardized terms intended to apply to a large number of concrete contractual situations of a given type, in which at least one of the parties finds himself/herself.
