1. заочное заседание (следует отличать от очного заседания – physical meeting; вариант meeting in absentia может использоваться для перевода понятия заочного заседания, но нужно учитывать, что in absentia в юридическом английском обычно используется применительно к уголовному разбирательству, поэтому вариант перевода meeting by correspondence более предпочтителен, на наш взгляд)

The President, at his own discretion, may, or upon the written request of five (5) members, shall, call a meeting by correspondence and the President shall fix the date thereof.
