ADJECTIVE LAW. The aggregate of rules of procedure or practice. As opposed to that body of law which the courts are established to administer, (called “substantive law,”) it means the rules according to which the substantive law is administered. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Articles, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through friendly negotiations and, if it cannot be resolved through negotiations within one month of the dispute, controversy or claim being notified by and to the Parties, if agreed upon by the Parties, the dispute will be submitted to the International Arbitration Center in Singapore for arbitration in accordance with its rules of procedure as at present in force.
