"The corrupt behavior may be (1) the doing of an act which is wrongful in itself–malfeasance, or, (2) the doing of an act otherwise lawful in a wrongful manner–misfeasance; or, (3) the omitting to do an act which is required by the duties of the office–nonfeasance."
