Loan Servicing Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders in accordance with their Pro Rata Share, on the first day of each month prior to the Credit Termination Date (commencing with December 1, 2010), a loan servicing fee in an amount equal to $5,000 per month.
