Not later than five (5) days after receipt of the Last Refusal Notice, Lycos (or the applicable Affiliate) may elect to accept such offer by written notice to the Joint Entities. If Lycos (or the applicable Affiliate) fails to accept such offer within the said time frame, the Joint Entities shall have no further obligation under this Section 7.8 with respect to the procurement of the products or services which were the subject of the Last Refused Notice.
